fois extraits, concentr\u00e9s et purifi\u00e9s, les bio-indicateurs sont ensuite analys\u00e9s par microscopique optique manuelle ou par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/equipements\/poles-techniques\/micropaleontologie-automatisee\/\">microscopie optique automatis\u00e9e<\/a> et par microscopie \u00e9lectronique. Ils peuvent \u00eatre aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/equipements\/poles-techniques\/analyse-des-isotopes-stables-paniss-2\/\">analys\u00e9s g\u00e9ochimiquement<\/a> par ICP-AES, ICP-MS, IRMS, nanoSIMS,
