Cette unit\u00e9 de gestion et d\u2019am\u00e9nagement int\u00e8gre les dynamiques anthropiques et environnementales. D\u00e9veloppements agricole, industriel et urbanisation affectent la capacit\u00e9 de ces bassins de vie \u00e0 r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer l&#8217;eau et contribuent aux p\u00e9nuries. L\u2019identification pr\u00e9cise spatialement et temporellement des sources de polluants, leurs sch\u00e9mas de diffusion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du bassin supposent de densifier consid\u00e9rablement les points d\u2019observations. Les grands observatoires et dispositifs institutionnels (de type OSR, ZA, OHM) dispose de stations de mesures de tr\u00e8s haute pr\u00e9cision. Cette qualit\u00e9 de mesure a un cout \u00e9lev\u00e9 (une station pouvant co\u00fbter plusieurs dizaines de milliers d\u2019euros) et un degr\u00e9 de flexibilit\u00e9 restreint. Nous sommes loin de pouvoir mesurer les variables clefs \u00e0 fines \u00e9chelles. Cela est encore plus dramatiquement vrai dans les pays du sud m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en totalement d\u00e9pourvus de moyens de surveillance et o\u00f9 les stations de monitoring on\u00e9reuses sont hors de port\u00e9e des agences de l\u2019eau. Contribuer aux strat\u00e9gies de surveillance \u00ab compl\u00e9mentaires et partenaires \u00bb des grands dispositifs est une des voies recherch\u00e9es par le projet.<\/p><p>Il propose le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 \u00ab bas co\u00fbts \u00bb, d\u2019acquisition de donn\u00e9es, d\u2019outils de validation, de gestion et d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de ces donn\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9veloppement s\u2019appuie sur une simplification des solutions mat\u00e9rielle et logicielle en automatisant l\u2019ensemble du processus, de l\u2019acquisition de la donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019indicateur synoptique accessible via web et application mobile. Le r\u00e9seau automatise l\u2019ensemble du processus, de l\u2019acquisition de la donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019indicateur synoptique accessible via web et application mobile en respectant le principe FAIR (Facile \u00e0 trouver, Accessible, Interop\u00e9rable, R\u00e9utilisable) par des normes de m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es, catalogues et outils Sensor Web Enablement. Cette approche facilite le d\u00e9ploiement et la spatialisation de l\u2019information, favorise les \u00e9tudes dans des environnements complexes, difficiles d&#8217;acc\u00e8s, et ouvre la possibilit\u00e9 de participation d\u2019un public non-initi\u00e9 permettant des approches participatives et l\u2019implication de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les gestionnaires des risques et les scientifiques. Le d\u00e9veloppement des approches peu gourmandes en ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ouvre de nouvelles voies et possibilit\u00e9s pour la recherche.
