d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9taux<\/strong> : changements climatiques, gestion des ressources en eau, en sol, en mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re et \u00e9l\u00e9ments critiques, impact des activit\u00e9s humaines sur les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes terrestres, la transition environnementale&#8230;<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE m\u00e8ne une politique incitative \u00e0 la publication des travaux<\/strong> <strong>dans HAL <\/strong>elles sont pass\u00e9es de 59% en 2016 \u00e0 96% en 2022.<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE met en place des programmes de culture scientifique <\/strong>(projets <em>Fripon<\/em> sur la collecte des m\u00e9t\u00e9orites et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lestemoinsduclimat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><span style=\"color: blue;\">Les T\u00e9moins du climat<\/span><\/em><\/a>),\u2026des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/communication\/sciences-pour-tous\/\">actions de communication<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/communication\/sciences-pour-tous\/evenements-cerege\/\">CSTI<\/a><\/strong> vers les scolaires et le grand public: F\u00eate de la Science, Cord\u00e9es de la r\u00e9ussite, Olympiades des G\u00e9osciences, Projet Pass, projet Edumed, Zest de Science, Nuit des Chercheurs, Tables Rondes de l\u2019Arbois\u2026<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE s\u2019attache \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des risques environnementaux et \u00e0 la poursuite des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong>. L\u2019unit\u00e9 s\u2019est engag\u00e9e concr\u00e8tement dans une transition notamment par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/le-cerege\/notre-organisation\/cellules\/commission-eco-responsabilite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">commission \u00e9co-responsabilit\u00e9<\/a>, un projet d\u2019\u00e9co-responsabilit\u00e9 des pratiques de recherche et le vote interne d\u2019un manifeste.<br \/>Voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/le-cerege\/notre-organisation\/nos-engagements\/notre-engagement-eco-responsable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notre engagement \u00e9co-responsable<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE \u0153uvre en faveur de la parit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0en se conformant \u00e0 des principes de gestion des ressources humaines non discriminatoires en mati\u00e8re de formation, de mobilit\u00e9 interne et d\u2019\u00e9volution des carri\u00e8res de ses personnels. Une \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/le-cerege\/notre-organisation\/cellule-egalite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cellule \u00e9galit\u00e9<\/a> \u00bb cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2018 propose des formations sur les biais implicites de genre et l\u2019assertivit\u00e9 dispens\u00e9es par I. R\u00e9gner, Vice-Pr\u00e9sidente AMU \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9galit\u00e9 Femmes-Hommes &amp; \u00e0 la Lutte contre les Discriminations.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE offre une qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/strong>\u00a0en \u00e9tant attentif aux conditions de travail de son personnel, \u00e0 sa sant\u00e9, sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des risques psycho-sociaux<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE favorise les liens, la communication et l&#8217;int\u00e9gration<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/le-cerege\/notre-organisation\/\">cellules internes:<\/a> Cellule Sant\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9, Cellule Qualit\u00e9 de Vie au Travail, Commission du Personnel, Comit\u00e9 des Doctorants, Cellule Eco-responsabilit\u00e9, Cellule \u00c9galit\u00e9, Cellule Conservation des Collections Scientifiques Scientifiques, Cellule Carottage, Comit\u00e9 P\u00e9dagogique\u2026 Ces groupes repr\u00e9sentent des outils strat\u00e9giques et indispensables pour maintenir les liens sociaux.<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE facilite l\u2019insertion professionnelle<\/strong>\u00a0gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des s\u00e9minaires organis\u00e9s par le comit\u00e9 des doctorants.<\/p><p><strong>Le CEREGE d\u00e9ploie un Plan de Gestion de donn\u00e9es<\/strong> (PGD ou DMP) pour chaque projet, ensuite contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par les financeurs nationaux et
