Conesa, F. Fournier<\/b><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Le th\u00e8me CB3 vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques arch\u00e9ologiques et de pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine par une caract\u00e9risation multi-approches (p\u00e9trographique, micropal\u00e9ontologique, p\u00e9trophysique, structurale, g\u00e9ochimique, hydrog\u00e9ologique) de roches s\u00e9dimentaires, en particulier carbonat\u00e9es, utilis\u00e9es par les populations anciennes ou constituant des sites arch\u00e9ologiques notamment en contexte karstique. Ces approches arch\u00e9om\u00e9triques s\u2019appliqueront en particulier \u00e0 des mat\u00e9riaux statuaires et de construction, rendant possible la d\u00e9termination de leur provenance, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 enrichir notre compr\u00e9hension des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes humains pass\u00e9s, comme l\u2019acquisition des mat\u00e9riaux, l\u2019\u00e9tendue des r\u00e9seaux d\u2019\u00e9changes ou la diffusion d\u2019id\u00e9es et de technologies. Quatre projets phares seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le prochain quadriennal: 1) \u00e9tude de la provenance des mat\u00e9riaux statuaires protohistoriques de Provence (partenariat : CICRP, Mus\u00e9e d\u2019Histoire de Marseille), visant \u00e0 identifier les sources d\u2019approvisionnement en mat\u00e9riaux, les voies d\u2019acheminement de ces ressources et d\u2019amener des \u00e9l\u00e9ments nouveaux sur la nature des relations entre Massalia et les peuples celto-ligures ; 2) caract\u00e9risation et provenance des pierres de construction du th\u00e9\u00e2tre antique d\u2019Orange (partenariat : Institut de Recherche sur l&#8217;Architecture Antique, IRAA ; CICRP) qui permettra d\u2019identifier les \u00e9tapes de construction du th\u00e9\u00e2tre et de d\u00e9terminer des sources d\u2019approvisionnement de ces mat\u00e9riaux dans une optique de restauration et de pr\u00e9servation du patrimoine ; 3) Identification des routes maritimes antiques dans le domaine m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en par la syst\u00e9matisation de l\u2019analyse des lests de bateaux antiques (partenariat : CCJ) ; 4) pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019art pari\u00e9tal dans la grotte Cosquer par l\u2019identification et la quantification des facteurs contr\u00f4lant les variations de pression de l&#8217;air et de l&#8217;eau dans ce karst c\u00f4tier semi-perm\u00e9able, qui permettront d&#8217;en d\u00e9duire les conditions d&#8217;\u00e9volution des parois arch\u00e9ologiques.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Personnes impliqu\u00e9es : F.
