Une attention particuli\u00e8re est port\u00e9e aux interactions entre contaminants et biota (plantes, microorganismes, homme) afin de caract\u00e9riser entre autres les impacts (\u00e9co)toxicologiques. A une \u00e9chelle temporelle et spatiale plus large, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9volution des sols sous diverses contraintes qui est \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.<br \/><br \/><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Impact des contaminants sur l\u2019homme et l\u2019environnement<\/span><\/h2><p>Les recherches men\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe visent \u00e0 caract\u00e9riser les m\u00e9canismes bio-physico-chimiques d\u2019(\u00e9co)-toxicit\u00e9 des polluants afin de pouvoir limiter les risques. L\u2019\u00e9quipe est reconnue internationalement pour ses travaux sur l\u2019identification et le tra\u00e7age des polluants m\u00e9talliques\u00a0et la compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes bio-physico-chimiques de toxicit\u00e9 sur l\u2019Homme et l\u2019Environnement.<\/p><p>Nous mettons l\u2019accent sur l\u2019origine, le comportement, et l\u2019impact des polluants m\u00e9talliques dans le sol, l\u2019eau, et l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, les risques associ\u00e9s aux contaminants (nano)particulaires et\/ou transport\u00e9s par des (nano)particules. Des m\u00e9socosmes aquatiques, terrestres, et des bior\u00e9acteurs pilotes sont utilis\u00e9s afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier des voies d\u2019exposition directes (e.g. activit\u00e9s industrielles, d\u00e9gradation de mat\u00e9riaux au cours de leur cycle de vie) et indirectes via les stations de traitement des eaux (\u00e9pandage). Nous \u00e9valuons \u00e9galement les\u00a0effets biologiques suite \u00e0 l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des cocktails de polluants \u00e9mergents, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance en pr\u00e9sence de m\u00e9taux au sein des d\u00e9chets organiques.<\/p><p>L\u2019impact environnemental du recyclage agricole des d\u00e9chets organiques est \u00e9tudi\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des dispositifs exp\u00e9rimentaux de longue dur\u00e9e (SOERE PRO). Ces essais agro-environnementaux p\u00e9rennes, dont certains en lien avec les pays du Sud, permettent d\u2019\u00e9tudier le cycle des contaminants (in)organiques et microbiens. Le couplage entre spectroscopie et isotopie est mis en \u0153uvre afin de mieux contraindre le cycle biog\u00e9ochimique des m\u00e9taux dans les sols cultiv\u00e9s.<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Biodisponibilit\u00e9 et biotransformation des m\u00e9taux et m\u00e9tallo\u00efdes<\/span><\/h2><p>L\u2019accent est mis sur le r\u00f4le du biota dans le devenir des m\u00e9taux et m\u00e9tallo\u00efdes au sein des cycles biog\u00e9ochimiques. En effet, faune, flore, min\u00e9raux et mati\u00e8re organique sont en action-r\u00e9troaction permanente et influent sur la dynamique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qu\u2019ils soient sous forme nanoparticulaires, de complexes organiques, ou dissous. <br \/>Les transferts sol-plante des contaminants sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s et un accent est mis sur le r\u00f4le des exsudats racinaires et microbiens.<br \/>Des actions sur le silicium sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es sur des probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture et les sols des pays du Sud (Liban, Inde, Viet Nam, Kenya). Les questions abord\u00e9es concernent l\u2019impact des cultures sur les r\u00e9serves en Si biodisponible ou le r\u00f4le des phytolithes dans le d\u00e9veloppement des plantes soumises \u00e0 des stress environnementaux (i.e. s\u00e8cheresse, contaminant tel que As)<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Dynamique des mati\u00e8res organiques et du cycle du C<\/span><\/h2><p>Notre\u00a0objectif est d\u2019analyser et mod\u00e9liser la dynamique du C le long du profil de sol, notamment de mettre en \u00e9vidence et quantifier l\u2019effet de l\u2019interaction organo-min\u00e9rale sur la stabilisation du C, les processus de transport vertical, l\u2019impact du changement climatique (pr\u00e9cipitations), du changement d\u2019usage et de pratiques sur le C des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">P\u00e9dogen\u00e8se sous contraintes anthropiques et climatiques <\/span><\/h2><p>Les travaux sur la p\u00e9dogen\u00e8se des sols sous contraintes climatiques et anthropiques concernent les simples changements d\u2019usage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019artificialisation. Les approches visent \u00e0 quantifier les \u00e9volutions et les cin\u00e9tiques\u00a0: par p\u00e9dologies de terrain ou exp\u00e9rimentales, mod\u00e9lisation, tra\u00e7ages
