Nous \u00e9tudions aussi la p<strong>otentielle signature anthropique sur la dynamique des for\u00eats et des savanes<\/strong> anciennes en Afrique tropicale dans le cadre de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/anr-past-17\/\">ANR PAST-17<\/a>, en combinant l\u2019analyse des <strong>charbons s\u00e9dimentaires<\/strong>, des assemblages de <strong>phytolithes<\/strong> et de <strong>pollen<\/strong>, et du <strong>17O-excess<\/strong> des phytolithes. Les <strong>premi\u00e8res communaut\u00e9s d\u2019agropasteurs en France et M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e<\/strong> et notamment la <strong>place des femmes<\/strong> sont le c\u0153ur du projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/anr-womensofar-2\/\">ANR WomenSOFar<\/a> (2022-2026 ; port\u00e9 au CEREGE par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/guillaume-leduc\/\">Guillaume Leduc<\/a>). Ce projet a pour objectif de comprendre comment les femmes mangent, se d\u00e9placent, prennent soin des plus jeunes et participent aux activit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la survie de ces communaut\u00e9s.<br \/>Notre travail \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle des temps arch\u00e9ologiques b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de nos <strong>d\u00e9veloppements de la datation au radiocarbone<\/strong> avec le spectrom\u00e8tre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/equipements\/poles-techniques\/geochimie-organique-inorganique-et-isotopique-2\/unite-du-radiocarbone\/outils-de-lunite-radiocarbone\/\"><strong>AixMICADAS<\/strong><\/a> qui permet de dater pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment des bois arch\u00e9ologiques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technique de wiggle-matching combinant le 14C avec la <strong>dendrochronologie<\/strong> (projet ARKAIA Chrono-Ignis, financ\u00e9 en 2022 et port\u00e9 au CEREGE par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/edouard-bard\/\">Edouard Bard<\/a>). Dans le cadre d\u2019un projet de collaboration entre chaires du Coll\u00e8ge de France, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 depuis 2016 une m\u00e9thode robuste et pr\u00e9cise de d<strong>atation sur micro-\u00e9chantillons de collag\u00e8ne<\/strong>, appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 des <strong>restes humains<\/strong> provenant de sites <strong>pal\u00e9olithiques<\/strong> europ\u00e9ens. Pour les \u00e9chantillons tr\u00e8s contamin\u00e9s, nous mettons au point une m\u00e9thode encore plus performante de <strong>datation de l\u2019hydroxyproline<\/strong> qui est l\u2019un des acides amin\u00e9s principaux du collag\u00e8ne. Nous d\u00e9veloppons aussi de nouvelles <strong>m\u00e9thodologies analytiques dites \u00ab vertes \u00bb<\/strong> (plateforme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/equipements\/poles-techniques\/geochimie-organique-inorganique-et-isotopique-2\/\">LGO2i)<\/a> car elles permettent de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la consommation des solvants organiques qui sont toxiques et polluants (projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/rapmed\/\">EcoSCience<\/a> port\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/thibaut-deviese\/\">Thibaut Devi\u00e8se<\/a>).<br \/>Aux \u00e9chelles de temps plus r\u00e9centes, nous \u00e9tudions la <strong>pr\u00e9sence et l&#8217;impact des microplastiques dans la baie de Marseille<\/strong> et les environnements <strong>lacustres du sud-est de la France<\/strong>. Cette approche utilise l\u2019expertise et les m\u00e9thodes appliqu\u00e9es en oc\u00e9anographie et en micropal\u00e9ontologie et est port\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/laurence-vidal\/\">Laurence Vidal<\/a> en partenariat avec l\u2019Institut Carnot Eau &amp; Environnement (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/projet-plasma\/\">Projet PLASMA<\/a>, 2022-2025). Sur le m\u00eame chantier r\u00e9gional, l\u2019impact des changements r\u00e9cents li\u00e9s aux <strong>changements anthropiques sur le plancton biomin\u00e9ralisant<\/strong> (principalement coccolithophores, diatom\u00e9es) est analys\u00e9 par les <strong>m\u00e9thodes de machine-learning<\/strong> d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe, sur des pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 particules en collaboration avec les laboratoires de l\u2019OSU Pyth\u00e9as (projet A*Midex <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/projet-rapmed\/\">RapMed<\/a>, 2020-2023, coordonn\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/thibault-de-garidel-thoron\/\">Thibault de Garidel)<\/a>. Les tendances \u00e0 plus long terme de la<strong> r\u00e9ponse du plancton calcaire<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle globale sont analys\u00e9es par une <strong>synth\u00e8se des tendances historiques<\/strong> de biodiversit\u00e9 des foraminif\u00e8res planctoniques (projet FORCIS 2020-2024, associant FRB et MPI Mayence), qui sera bient\u00f4t \u00e9tendue aux pt\u00e9ropodes. Nous \u00e9tudions aussi les <strong>particules fines atmosph\u00e9rique<\/strong>s produites naturellement ou par les activit\u00e9s humaines, notamment les <strong>flux de compos\u00e9s pyrog\u00e9niques<\/strong> vers la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e (projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/sciences\/climat\/projets-climat\/anr-firetrac\/\">ANR FIRETRAC<\/a> 2021-2025 port\u00e9 au CEREGE par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/edouard-bard\/\">Edouard Bard<\/a>). La d\u00e9termination des origines de ces particules est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong>mesure du 14C de micro-\u00e9chantillons<\/strong> permettant la quantification en carbone fossile de pollutions carbon\u00e9es d\u2019origines vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
