Ces objectifs ne peuvent \u00eatre bas\u00e9s que sur l&#8217;identification de la source et du m\u00e9canisme de transfert jusqu&#8217;au niveau mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p><p>Le programme scientifique est bas\u00e9 sur des exp\u00e9riences de laboratoire, des outils de mod\u00e9lisation et des approches multidisciplinaires. Il ira au-del\u00e0 de la m\u00e9thode d&#8217;\u00e9valuation standard qui ne fournit qu&#8217;un nombre limit\u00e9 d&#8217;indicateurs.<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thodologie est bas\u00e9e sur une approche multidisciplinaire et multi-\u00e9chelle utilisant un ensemble de dispositifs exp\u00e9rimentaux et de plateformes analytiques de pointe. L&#8217;\u00e9tude de la sp\u00e9ciation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments est bas\u00e9e sur un ensemble d&#8217;outils de spectro-microscopie utilisant principalement le rayonnement X, unique en France en Sciences de la Terre et de l&#8217;Environnement. Les isotopes stables du Cd offrent des possibilit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires pour retracer l&#8217;empreinte des engrais phosphat\u00e9s inorganiques et l&#8217;origine des m\u00e9taux dans les sols agricoles o\u00f9 ils sont appliqu\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur r\u00e9activit\u00e9 chimique et leur biodisponibilit\u00e9 distinctes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour atteindre l&#8217;objectif fix\u00e9, le projet m\u00e8nera des activit\u00e9s autour de quatre axes principaux\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Distribution dans l\u2019environnement, sp\u00e9ciation tra\u00e7able par isotopie et comportement du Cd dans le continuum substrat &#8211;
