Situ\u00e9e au sein des Zones \u00c9conomiques Exclusives fran\u00e7aises de La R\u00e9union et de Tromelin, cette r\u00e9gion reste largement inexplor\u00e9e, malgr\u00e9 son importance en termes de biodiversit\u00e9 marine, de volcanisme sous-marin et d\u2019histoire oc\u00e9anographique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1097\">Pendant plusieurs semaines en mer, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre une approche multidisciplinaire combinant biologie, g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, s\u00e9dimentologie, pal\u00e9o-oc\u00e9anographie et volcanologie, afin de mieux comprendre l\u2019\u00e9volution des environnements marins profonds de cette r\u00e9gion. La mission a \u00e9galement accueilli une \u00ab universit\u00e9 flottante \u00bb, offrant \u00e0 des \u00e9tudiants une immersion compl\u00e8te dans la recherche oc\u00e9anographique.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1577\">Sept membres du CEREGE ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette campagne, dont deux doctorants et deux \u00e9tudiants de master.
