Le vivant a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 une source d\u2019inspiration forte pour d\u00e9velopper des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s \u00e0 co\u00fbt environnemental r\u00e9duit.<\/p><p>Concernant les TR, la mise en \u00e9vidence de leur utilisation par le vivant est assez r\u00e9cente.\u00a0 La compr\u00e9hension des m\u00e9canismes impliqu\u00e9s ouvre de nouvelles perspectives prometteuses, notamment pour le d\u00e9veloppement de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d\u2019extraction de ces m\u00e9taux.<\/p><p>Dans ce contexte, ce projet a pour objectif :<br \/>1. d\u2019identifier des mol\u00e9cules biologiques impliqu\u00e9es dans le transfert des TR vers le vivant et <br \/>2. de tester leurs potentiels de complexation des TR par des tests de lixiviations s\u00e9lectives de r\u00e9sidus miniers ou industriels.<\/p><p>Deux mod\u00e8les biologiques seront \u00e9tudi\u00e9s\u00a0: <br \/>1. <em>Pseudomonas putida<\/em>, une bact\u00e9rie utilisant s\u00e9lectivement les TR l\u00e9g\u00e8res comme cofacteur enzymatique <br \/>2. <em>Dicranopteris dichotoma<\/em> et <em>Phytollaca americana,<\/em> des plantes hyper-accumulatrices de TR. Dans une seconde \u00e9tape, les mol\u00e9cules identifi\u00e9es seront utilis\u00e9es pour des tests de lixiviation s\u00e9lective des TR dans 3 r\u00e9sidus industriels et miniers du bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en\u00a0: r\u00e9sidus de bauxite stock\u00e9s \u00e0 Bouc-Bel-Air et 2 r\u00e9sidus miniers issus de l\u2019extraction de charbon et de traitement de phosphates du Maroc.<\/p><p>Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche f\u00e9d\u00e9rative d\u2019initiatives existantes afin de cr\u00e9er un consortium interdisciplinaire et avec des partenaires au sud pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un enjeu majeur du 21<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, celui de la gestion durable de la ressource m\u00e9tallique, ressource indispensable pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de la
