Toutes les formes chimiques des \u00e9l\u00e9ments produits par la fonte et l&#8217;alt\u00e9ration des glaciers n&#8217;atteindront pas l&#8217;oc\u00e9an et toutes ne sont pas \u00e9galement disponibles pour les micro-organismes.<\/p><p>La quantification des formes biodisponibles qui finiront par p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l&#8217;oc\u00e9an et auront un impact sur les cycles biog\u00e9ochimiques reste un d\u00e9fi scientifique et technique, qui n\u00e9cessite des approches innovantes aux fronti\u00e8res de la g\u00e9ochimie et de la microbiologie. En outre, la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;exp\u00e9ditions terrestres et maritimes dans des r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es de l\u2019OA et difficiles n\u00e9cessite des sites accessibles et un soutien logistique appropri\u00e9 pour la collecte d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons et la surveillance \u00e0 long terme.<\/p><p>L&#8217;expertise multidisciplinaire du consortium MARGO, qui couvre les domaines de la glaciologie, de la g\u00e9ochimie de l&#8217;eau douce et des environnements marins et de la microbiologie, et les exp\u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes dans ces r\u00e9gions, qui ont profit\u00e9 des infrastructures terrestres et marines ad\u00e9quates, fourniront des r\u00e9sultats uniques sur les processus hydrologiques, g\u00e9ochimiques et microbiens qui se produisent le long du continuum
