reli\u00e9e au spectrom\u00e8tre de la masse permet la mesure d<sup>13<\/sup>C et d<sup>18<\/sup>0 avec une tr\u00e8s grande pr\u00e9cision de micro\u00e9chantillons (20-150 \u00b5g) de carbonates<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Un Spectrom\u00e8tre laser IRIS (Delta Ray) avec URI Connect, Thermo Scientific).<br \/>Il permet les mesures \u03b4<sup>13<\/sup>C et \u03b4<sup>18<\/sup>O sur des \u00e9chantillons de carbonates \u2265 200-550 \u03bcg et du CO2\u00a0en continu et il permet \u00e9galement les mesures \u03b4<sup>13<\/sup>C sur Carbone Inorganique Dissous dans silicates et oxydes (silicates, silicates biog\u00e9niques et (micro)m\u00e9t\u00e9orites) de 0,3 \u00e0 2 mg<\/li><li>Une ligne de d\u00e9shydratation sous flux d\u2019azote et \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute temp\u00e9rature (1100\u00b0C). Elle permet la d\u00e9shydroxylation des \u00e9chantillons de silice amorphe hydrat\u00e9e pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 leur analyse en
