En particulier elle r\u00e9dige le document de situation compar\u00e9e entre femmes et hommes au laboratoire. Celui-ci met en \u00e9vidence les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s potentielles dans la r\u00e9partition femmes\/hommes, les progressions de carri\u00e8re, les recrutements, la repr\u00e9sentation dans les instances de direction et de management et le portage de projets.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la journ\u00e9e internationale du droit des femmes, la cellule parit\u00e9 a \u00e9dit\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Situation-comparee-CEREGE-2022.pdf\">situation compar\u00e9e du CEREGE pour 2022,<\/a> document faisant la synth\u00e8se des actions pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes\/hommes propos\u00e9es depuis 2019:\u00a0 formation sur les biais implicites de genre, formation pour r\u00e9duire les freins \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re des femmes et mentorat.<\/p>\n<p>La cellule organise \u00e9galement des formations afin de r\u00e9duire ces \u00e9carts par exemple sur les biais implicites de genre ou sur les freins \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re des femmes.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Restons vigilants pour qu&#8217;\u00e0 tous niveaux les femmes soient pr\u00e9sentes dans une proportion atteignant ou d\u00e9passant leur part dans les effectifs: gouvernance, direction d&#8217;\u00e9quipe, de plateforme, s\u00e9minaires, allocation de bourses, comit\u00e9 de recrutement, propositions de promotion, s\u00e9lections des demandes de financement&#8230;<\/em><b><em>&#8220;<\/em><\/b><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9f\u00e9rente : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cerege.fr\/fr\/cerege\/anne-alexandre\/\">A.
