Malgr\u00e9 un nombre croissant d&#8217;\u00e9tudes, leurs dynamiques de dispersion et d&#8217;accumulation restent largement sous-document\u00e9es. Le besoin en donn\u00e9es quantitatives, avec un suivi r\u00e9current, est particuli\u00e8rement crucial en domaine marin, pour mieux estimer les stocks et les flux ainsi que l\u2019impact de la courantologie sur la dispersion des MP.<\/p><p>Dans ce travail, nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la contamination par les MP dans les eaux de surface et les s\u00e9diments de la Baie de Marseille de mani\u00e8re biannuelle de 2020 \u00e0 2022.\u00a0 Des concentrations moyennes de (5.79\u00b112.71 MP.m<sup>-3<\/sup>) (9.13.10<sup>5<\/sup> MP.km<sup>&#8211;<\/sup>\u00b2 ) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es en surface. Aucune tendance spatiotemporelle n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 statistiquement d\u00e9montr\u00e9e, except\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2020 avec une concentration en MP anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9e (22.47\u00b18.85 MP.m<sup>-3<\/sup> en moyenne). Ces donn\u00e9es indiquent un niveau moyen de contamination comparable \u00e0 ceux observ\u00e9s dans les eaux de surface au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans la Baie de Marseille. Les concentrations dans les s\u00e9diments sont en moyenne de 865\u00b163 MP.kg<sup>-1<\/sup> s\u00e9diment sec.<\/p><p>Les particules \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9es dans l\u2019eau et dans les s\u00e9diments sont principalement des fibres (&gt;65%) et sont de petite taille (75% entre 250\u00b5m et 1mm). Les polym\u00e8res les plus abondants sont le polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) et le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (PE).<\/p><p>Les donn\u00e9es obtenues dans les eaux de surface ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats de mod\u00e9lisation (mod\u00e8le MARS3D-ROHMA) et le logiciel Ichthyop afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier le transport lagrangien des MP.
