Mes travaux de recherche portent sur la dynamique colloïdale de la matière particulaire en environnement aqueux, et son rôle déterminant sur le devenir des polluants. Ma stratégie de recherche passe par la caractérisation physico-chimique des systèmes naturels complexes pour appréhender l’étude des changements auxquels ils sont contraints, notamment du fait de l’impact anthropique.

Mes recherches ont porté largement sur l’étude du risque environnemental lié aux nanotechnologies, et plus particulièrement l’expologie des nanoparticules manufacturées. Mes approches analytiques abordent des problématiques respectives au cycle de vie des nanomatériaux et à leurs réceptacles environnementaux. Ma démarche consiste à confronter des approches mécanistiques et naturalistes, en couplant terrain et laboratoire sur une approche inter disciplinaire.
