Workshops to explore science in a different way
The heart of the event was made up of some fortyinteractive workshopsThese were led by CEREGE researchers, doctoral candidates and engineers. Students were able to discover different forms of intelligence:
-
Life intelligencethrough fossils and biodiversity.
-
Artificial intelligenceto see how technology sheds light on environmental phenomena.
-
Collective intelligenceby experimenting with science as a shared, collaborative approach.
A collective and unifying event
The Arbois Science Village is coordinated by CEREGEwith the participation of scientists from theIMBEthe LCE and the Aix-en-Provence Natural History Museum.
The event is supported by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis and Southern Regionand perfectly illustrates the link between science, education and civic engagement.
A huge thank you to all the co-organisers, partners and funders, as well as to the researchers, doctoral students, technical staff and teachers for their commitment and enthusiasm.
The Arbois 2025 Environmental Science Village will remain a fine demonstration of what dialogue between science, curiosity and collective intelligence can produce!
