Cross-functional actions

CEREGE's cross-disciplinary themes aim to create synergies between scientists (researchers and IT staff) from the UMR's various thematic teams, leading to original approaches to research and expertise, to make existing projects collaborative and to submit new projects.

In addition to the areas covered by CEREGE's 4 teams (Climate, Earth & Planets, Sustainable Environment, Reservoirs, Resources and Hydrosystems), a number of major environmental issues are being developed, thanks to the combination of different complementary interdisciplinary approaches and overall coherence, such as climate change, the environment and sustainable development.ater resourceon carbon cyclethe apprehension of natural and man-made risksand the history of the human species as seen through the lens of the geo-archaeology and archaeometry and Sustainability sciences.
