CEREGE is a public laboratory, which aims to make its activity known to a school and university public interested in Earth Sciences. High school classes regularly visit the laboratory's specific technical facilities. CEREGE regularly welcomes secondary school students for observation courses or professional discovery courses.
Observation work placements are aimed at secondary school pupils (under 18). They are organised by the French Ministry of Education and generally last three to five days. They enable students to find out how CEREGE works and about the professions, through observation and discussion with the professionals who work there.
The objectives are:
- find out how the laboratory is organised and operates
- discover the different research professions
- Enhance and reformulate your career plan on the basis of your experience.
