Study area : Mersa/Wadi Gawasis. A former Pharaonic port used during the Middle Kingdom as a base for maritime expeditions to the land of Punt.

Title : " Geoarchaeology and palaeoclimatic dynamics of the Nile delta (Egypt)».
Study area : Buto (Tell el-Fara'in), north-west Nile delta, Egypt. A major archaeological site occupied from the Predynastic to the Islamic period.
