The Laboratory Council meets 3 times a year and more if necessary according to external constraints and internal requests. It has a consultative role and is required to vote on budgetary issues, annual closures, operating procedures for the group, and the arrival of new recruits before their mobility or tenure.
Internal Scientific Council (ISC)
Composed of the Management Committee, the Management Collegium, the Governance Committee, and one of the heads of each Thematic Team, the ISC meets three to five times a year to analyse recurrent or exceptional situations, to argue, arbitrate and propose solutions to the Management on the occasion of calls for tender: doctoral grants, CEREGE's internal call for projects, employment campaigns of the tutelles, requests for equipment, FIR (Research Incentive Fund) AMU... and when drafting documents for the tutelles.
Composed of the Management Committee, one of the heads of each Thematic Team, and 4 representatives of the ITA and BIATSS designated by election, this Commission meets annually to rank the ITA/BIATSS promotion files and to propose supplementary bonuses, before the Management Committee makes its decision. ITA and BIATSS staff prioritised by the Personnel Commission for promotion receive assistance in drafting their dossiers and preparing for the orals.
