Mélanie Auffan, a research director at CEREGE and deputy director of the laboratory, was awarded the CNRS silver medal in 2026., in recognition of the excellence and impact of its work on the reactive interfaces between living organisms and (nano)minerals.
The award is part of the CNRS Silver Medal Class of 2026, which includes 26 recipients, and recognises a major contribution to contemporary environmental health issues and responsible innovation.
