The CEREGE welcomes a female AMU RALS team

The roped-off teams are collectively tutored by the researchers and teacher-researchers involved in the various projects:
- organisation of a secondary/higher education and research conference for teachers and researchers involved in the cordée.
- support by the mission managers of the Regional Academic Directorate for Higher Education (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).

In the framework of this project we welcome 30 girls from the Volx school 12 May at CEREGE

For this particular group, which is entirely female, "Les sciences au féminin" aims to respond to the problem of self-censorship among girls in many scientific fields.

The recruitment of the roped-off students was based on their motivation and openness to scientific careers and not on academic results alone.
The aim of this scheme is to understand the evolution of gender equality in research and science, to talk about guidance and diversity of professions.

The next objective of this women's team is to visit the European Centre for Research and Education in Environmental Geosciences (CEREGE), to take part in scientific workshops and visit the laboratories.
